You will walk basements and crawlspaces with homeowners, take radon readings and site measurements, and put together a clear system quote on the spot. You are equal parts educator and closer, explaining what radon is, why it matters, and exactly how the mitigation system will look in their home. This role is built for someone comfortable in front of customers and motivated by commission on top of a solid base.

What you'll do:

  • Run in-home estimate appointments generated by marketing leads and referrals
  • Inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and basements to determine system design and pipe routing
  • Take manometer or preliminary radon readings and explain results to homeowners
  • Build accurate, itemized quotes using company pricing and estimating software
  • Present financing options and close sales during or shortly after the appointment
  • Follow up with warm leads and past estimates by phone, text, and email
  • Hand off signed jobs to the install team with clear site notes and photos
  • Track daily appointments, close rate, and pipeline in the company CRM

What you'll need:

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and build trust face-to-face with homeowners
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily in-home appointments
  • Comfortable in basements, crawlspaces, and on ladders during site walkthroughs
  • Able to carry testing equipment (20-30 lbs) and be on your feet during appointments
  • Authorized to work in the US

Nice to have:

  • Prior outside sales experience in home services such as roofing, HVAC, or basement waterproofing
  • NRPP radon measurement knowledge, or willingness to learn (company will sponsor)
  • Experience with CRM or estimating software
